As a good rule of thumb, you can calculate 16 Kelpons per month per menstruating person, of which they will usually use a maximum of 5 in the company.

To estimate your needs, simply multiply this number by the approximate number of menstruating people in your company. Also, plan for a small buffer to ensure enough Kelpons for everyone.

Since the demand for Kelpons is quite individual depending on the company, we do not offer a standard subscription. Instead, we would be happy to look at the consumption together over 2-3 months, and if a clear pattern emerges, we can set up an individual subscription.

Don't worry – should the dispenser suddenly be empty, we will deliver within 2 working days of your order (in DE), and the supply will be secured again.

To permanently install the dispenser on your toilet walls, you must purchase it.

There are several options available, depending on what suits you best:

• Ideal for up to 140 Kelpons is our
  tampon dispenser, which can be wall-mounted or fitted with a stand.
• If that's too large for you or you prefer to make the Kelpons available inside the cubicle, choose our practical self-adhesive tampon box.
• We deliver the Kelpons "bulk", i.e. loose, and you put them into a container of your choice – ideal if you prefer to hand them out at the reception rather than in the restroom.

Yes, the Kelpon is more expensive - but it also offers significantly more. It's not just healthier, better performing, and based on innovative patented technology, it's also truly sustainable.

True sustainability does not externalize costs to the environment and people, which makes products more expensive compared to conventional products.

We currently do not offer staggered pricing or quantity discounts. In the world of Kelpons, we're talking about really large quantities – we're talking about a ton of material per
production run before a machine is even switched on. We are not (yet!) that far along; our quantities are currently too small to receive discounts ourselves that we could pass on.

There is no minimum order quantity – you can flexibly order exactly as many Kelpons or Kelpon dispensers as you need.

We ship Kelpons plastic-free and sustainably – currently within the DACH region, i.e., to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your order should arrive within a few days. Returns of Kelpons are not possible for hygiene reasons.

If you wish to return your dispenser, please feel free to contact us. After consultation, we will take it back and ensure environmentally friendly recycling.
